Activism can be deeply rewarding, but it can also take a toll on your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. On June 18, 2025, join us for Snacks and Skills as we explore how to sustain yourself in the long run while preventing burnout. Rooted in the Social Change Wheel 2.0, this session will focus on Student Involvement and Leadership Development and Community Building as key strategies for sustaining your energy and passion for social change. You鈥檒l learn how to engage students in leadership roles, build strong community support systems, and adopt self-care practices that will help ensure your activism remains sustainable and impactful.
