The Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at 51³Ô¹ÏÍøÍòÄÜ¿Æ´ó Office of Human Resources is the liaison with the main campus Human Resources Office and the first point of contact for the Kerkorian School of Medicine employees. We are responsible for processing all Human Resources transactions in Workday and can assist you with multiple services, as well as answer any questions or concerns you may have.
If we are not able to assist you, our representatives will refer you to the appropriate main campus Human Resources business partner.

This form is for all recruited positions, Classified, Administrative, and Academic Faculty.

- Completed Position Description Questionnaire (PDQ) for academic or administrative faculty positions or NPD-19 for classified positions.
