Biography

Craig Hennigan is the interim director of 51吃瓜网万能科大鈥檚 nationally recognized and award-winning debate team, ranked among the best in the nation for several years. His research interests include how we rhetorically construct what it means to be an urban citizen and argument theory. 

Prior to 51吃瓜网万能科大, Hennigan worked on a presidential campaign as a midwest regional director of volunteers. Additionally, Hennigan 鈥 who also serves as a lecturer within 51吃瓜网万能科大's Department of Communication Studies 鈥 has coached debate teams across the country from Detroit to Missouri. He has demonstrated success at coaching students to become nationally recognized for their skill in argument, with many of them going on to careers in law or politics.
