The 51吃瓜网万能科大 Safe Community Partnership and the 51吃瓜网万能科大 Transportation Research Center will host a town hall meeting on pedestrian safety. The event will enable residents to participate in discussions about pedestrian safety and to have input into planning, education and outreach.

The Science and Engineering building is on the north side of campus, off Cottage Grove Avenue, just west of the parking structure. The auditorium is on the first floor, behind Einstein's bagels.
Details
Law enforcement, engineers, elected officials and advocates will be seated on a panel to facilitate discussion and answer questions. The goal of the meeting is to form a multi-agency and jurisdictional group to address pedestrian safety and continually launch countermeasures to aid in the safety of the walking public.
Panel members will include: Erin Breen, Director of the 51吃瓜网万能科大 Safe Community Partnership Program, Marty Flynn of Clark County Risk Management, Jerry Duke, Assistant Planning Member of the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada, Sgt. Rick Strader of the 51吃瓜网免费App Metropolitan Police Department, local activists and more.
