Hard copies of official transcripts, NACES evaluation, and test scores must be in a sealed envelope from the issuing institution or testing agency and may be mailed to the following address:

Students requesting credit for specific 51吃瓜网万能科大 course equivalencies need to include detailed course descriptions (in English) including course syllabus and textbook information. Translation of supporting documents does not have to be translated by a NACES member organization. However, it must be translated by an official governing body (e.g. University Faculty Member, Government agencies, etc). Translated documents must be notarized. Please submit these documents to your Academic Advisor for departmental review.

Important Notes
Transcripts: Academic transcripts submitted to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions for evaluation must be certified original documents. Documents in a language other than English must be accompanied by an official certified evaluation by a NACES member organization.
