The 51³Ô¹ÏÍøÍòÄÜ¿Æ´ó Food Pantry is a year-round resource that provides perishable and non-perishable food items to students, staff, and faculty who need additional support. To access Food Pantry assistance, all clients must present one of the following:
- A Rebel ID Card
- Proof of employment at 51³Ô¹ÏÍøÍòÄÜ¿Æ´ó
- Proof of class registration at 51³Ô¹ÏÍøÍòÄÜ¿Æ´ó
The pantry will be closed on Friday, March 21st.
History
During 2010, several members of the President’s Advisory Committee organized a holiday food drive to benefit members of the 51³Ô¹ÏÍøÍòÄÜ¿Æ´ó community who were facing economic duress due to the forced pay cuts and furloughs. The response from both donors and recipients was tremendous, and the 51³Ô¹ÏÍøÍòÄÜ¿Æ´ó Food Pantry was born. The Food Pantry is supported by 51³Ô¹ÏÍøÍòÄÜ¿Æ´ó CSUN, GPSA, the Division of Student Affairs, the School of Integrated Health Sciences, the Provost and 51³Ô¹ÏÍøÍòÄÜ¿Æ´ó President.
Hours
The pantry will be closed in observance of the federal holidays listed below.

- 11/11/2025 | Veterans’ Day (Observed)
- 11/27/2025 | Thanksgiving Day
- 11/28/2025 | Family Day
- 12/25/2025 | Christmas Day
