Reimund Serafica, Rhigel Tan, and Andrew Thomas Reyes (all Nursing) were selected as the inaugural Fellows of the University of Psychedelic Education Program (U-PEP). This highly competitive and prestigious fellowship is dedicated to expanding education on the therapeutic use of psychedelic medicines while fostering the development and integration of evidence-based, culturally responsive content into the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program curricula. Over the course of 10 months, the three scholars will engage in rigorous training, including an immersive week at the Usona Institute in Wisconsin, and a collaborative learning retreat at the renowned 1440 Multiversity in California.
